marzo, con la captura de Alejandro Jiménez en aguas colombianas, marcó el
inicio de una serie de detenciones relacionadas con la agrupación en la que
participaba el tico.

El nicaraguense Henry Fariñas fue arrestado la tarde del 29
de marzo en el aeropuerto internacional Augusto César Sandino, en Managua.

Dos grandes productores de cocaína colombianos corrieron la
misma suerte.
El viernes 4 de mayo, el capo colombiano Javier Calle Serna
se entregó en la isla de Aruba (Antillas holandesas) a la agencia antidrogas
estadounidense (DEA) después de meses de negociación, según información
suministrada por el diario El Tiempo de Bogotá, Colombia, para La Nación.

Los Calle Serna son tres hermanos: Javier Antonio, de 42
años de edad; Juan Carlos, de 38, y el menor, Luis Enrique, de 34. La
familia, natural de Caquetá, está relacionada hace décadas con el Cartel
del Norte del Valle.
Su tío, Juan Bautista Uribe Serna, fue el sicario que Wílber Varela contrató para asesinar a alias "Pacho Herrera" (jefe del extinto Cartel de Cali) en la cárcel de Palmira.

Segun informaciones Javier junto a su hermano Luis Enrique, formaban el clan de los
Comba (de combatientes) y eran considerados los jefes máximos de los Rastrojos,
uno de los principales grupos narcotraficantes colombianos con nexos en México
y Ecuador.
Según la Policía colombiana, “Los rastrojos” facilitaron la
salida de Palidejo de Costa Rica, y lo llevarían al Pacífico colombiano, al
estado de El Chocó, uno de los diez estados de ese país que esta agrupación
controla.
Un mes después, el narco paramilitar Diego Pérez Henao, de

específicamente en el punto conocido como Media Canoa, integrantes de la
Unidad Investigativa contra Bandas Criminales de la Dirección

Diego Pérez Henao, 'Diego Rastrojo', heredó el imperio del narcotráfico
de la banda de 'Los Comba'.
El
prontuario de Barrera Acevedo precisa que inició su actividad
delincuencial como miembro del frente 30 de las FARC, posteriormente fue
reclutado por las Autodefensas Unidas de Colombia a través del Bloque
Calima, del cual pasó finalmente a la estructura de 'Los Rastrojos',
haciendo las veces de cabecilla armado con influencia en 15 municipios
del Valle, 2 del Cauca y 4 más de Chocó.
Barrera es conocido dentro de la organización criminal con el mote de 'Pizarro' y sobre él pesa una orden de captura por los delitos de concierto para delinquir, tráfico de estupefacientes y porte ilegal de armas. Sin embargo, la Fiscalía lo investiga, también por su presunta responsabilidad en la autoría y comisión de al menos 50 homicidios, hechos que lo vinculan con otros punibles como homicidio agravado y homogéneo, tráfico de estupefacientes y falsedad en documento público, entre otros.

Superior Electoral (CSE) Julio César Ozuna fue detenido. A él, quien registra
diez ingresos a Costa Rica, se le acusa de solicitar y tramitar cédulas de identidad
a los miembros del tico.

La Policía Nacional desarticulò
a un grupo de nicaraguenses, incluyendo a un magistrado del Consejo
Supremo Electoral, vinculada a una banda del crimen organizado, que
dirige Alejandro
Jiménez, alias “El Palidejo”.
Entre
ellos se destaca el magistrado suplente del
Consejo Supremo Electoral, Julio César Ozuna, contacto directo de
Jiménez. Ozuna, es hermano de la actual presidenta del Partido Liberal
Constitucionalista, bajo el control absoluto del ex presidente Arnoldo
Aleman.
Según indicó
la comisionada general Glenda Zavala, jefa de la Dirección de Auxilio
Judicial, DAJ, los detenidos forman parte de una red de operadores directos del
narcotráfico, robo de
identidades, lavado de dinero y movilización de vehículos
de lujo por la región centroamericana.
El responsable de llevar los cargamentos de Guatemala a
México, Gabriel Maldonado Siler, fue condenado a 27 años de prisión en
