Acciones conjuntas Policía y Ejército en Estelí, golpean crimen organizado local

Nicaragua, 6 de junio 2011.- El Resultado de los acciones desarrolladas en el
primer semestre del año 2011, por el primer
comando militar del Ejercito de Nicaragua y la Policía Nacional fueron presentados el día de hoy a periodistas
de Estelí.
Ambas instituciones desarrollan diversos planes operativos conjuntos para
el enfrentamiento a la delincuencia comun, el crimen organizado y al
abigeato; Plan de enfrentamiento al
crimen organizado, plan de emergencia ante desastres naturales, plan de cosecha
cafetalera, Plan de seguridad en el
campo, plan de protección a los recursos naturales y al medio ambiente, plan de
enfrentamiento a las personas delincuenciales, plan de abigeato y el plan electoral ; “algunos
de estos planes ya han sido ejecutados y
otros están en ejecución detallo el jefe
departamental de la policía en Esteli, comisionado mayor Sergio Cáceres.
El jefe policial informo que
tanto el plan de Seguridad en el campo como el de abigeato
son planes permanentes para seguridad
del sector productivo.
En el enfrentamiento al crimen
organizado se dio a conocer la desarticulación de 6 expresiones delincuenciales. Considero Cáceres, que con la captura de los integrantes de estas
bandas se puede asegurar que en el departamento de Estelí y sus municipios, “no
hay ninguna expresión delincuencial que
este activa, solo remanentes o algunos individuos
que pertenecieron a estas agrupaciones y que están prófugos o fuera del alcance de las autoridades”
afirmo.
Entre los grupos desarticulados
se mencionan a; Los Roques, Los Rayos, Los Fusionados, los Polacos,
los Zorros y los Cirujanos, “son nombres aleatorios que nosotros le damos a
estas organizaciones por el tipo de actividad o tipo de apodo o alias que
ellos adoptan” dijo el jefe policial.
Producto de las acciones
ejecutadas, han sido detenidos 30 integrantes de estas bandas y 31 detenidos en
el periodo que se informa por delitos cometidos
en periodos anteriores y que se
encontraban circulados, de todos estos, 17 son los mas peligrosos, por hechos muy graves; asesinatos, asesinatos atroces, homicidios, parricidios, robos con intimidación y abigeato.
En las incautaciones hechas a los
detenidos se cuentan armas de fuego,
armas blancas, medios de transporte y otros objetos usados
por estos en la ejecución de sus
actividades delictivas; 12 armas de
fuego, 2 fusiles AK de uso restringido ,
7 vehículos de diferentes marcas, 3
motocicletas y 6 bicicletas, todos estos
objetos ocupados en operaciones conjuntas entre el Ejercito y la policía
nacional dijo Cáceres en su intervención.
