“I am honored by the Board’s faith in my ability to lead the IWMF,” said Lees Muñoz, “In the coming year, we aim to expand our programs for women entrepreneurs in digital news media and to continue to support courageous women journalists working under extraordinarily difficult conditions around the globe.”

The IWMF has added two new members to its Board of Directors:

and
Sharon Waxman, Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Editor-in-Chief of TheWrap.com

“I’ve been a strong supporter of the IWMF for the last 15 years”, said Trower, “and I’m delighted to join the Board to help further support the mission of this tremendous organization.”

"I am incredibly proud to join the Board of the IWMF, an organization that fills an essential role supporting journalism by heroic women who make great sacrifices for the cause of knowledge, transparency and social justice,” Waxman told the IWMF. “I hope I can contribute in a small way to its continued success."

  2. With havin so much content and articles do you ever run into
any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My blog has a lot of exclusive content I've either authored myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my agreement. Do you know any methods to help reduce content from being stolen? I'd certainly appreciate
    it.
